There are several names for hourglass. Some people know them as an egg timer, sand timer, sandglass or a sand clock. Below is an hourglass in a three-legged stand:
The reason for choosing hourglass as the title was because an hourglass is a symbol of time. Puzzles are apart of the film, and as everyone knows puzzles have a time in which they are completed in.
